General Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (these “Terms & Conditions”) set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your purchase of, and registration in, the Stock Options Trading Academy (SOTA) program (the “Program”)
You hereby represent and warrant that you are authorized to enter into these Terms & Conditions. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully since, by registering for the Program with SOTA, you are signifying your acknowledgment, agreement, and assent to these Terms & Conditions.
Payment to Program not including membership.

1. Full payment is required for access to SOTA. This payment is considered the Program (the “Program Fee”) and is nonrefundable.
The Program Fee must be submitted in full. However, under certain circumstances and at SOTA’s sole discretion, a payment plan may be agreed between you and SOTA in which the Program Fee is to be paid in three separate payments (a "Deposit", a "Second Payment", and a "Final Payment"). The Second Payment is due two (2) weeks after the Deposit is made, and the Final Payment is due not later than four (4) weeks after the deposit is paid. These dates will be specified on the invoice provided to you by SOTA. This standard payment timeline is to be followed unless otherwise stated under the "Program Fee" section of the specific program's website page (programs can be found at www.stockoptionstradingacademy.com/). "Deposit" is equivalent to one-third (1/3) of the Program Fee (non-refundable); "Second payment" is equivalent to one-third of the program fee balance; "Final Payment" is the remainder of the program fee.
Example of Payment Plan ( $2500.00 Program Fee. Deposit = $834.00, Second Payment = $834, Final Payment $833.00)
If your payments are not received by their appropriate deadlines, SOTA reserves the right to deem such inaction as a cancellation of your attendance in the program and no fees shall be returned.
